The purpose of the program is to promote responsible motherhood, providing personalized, free care to pregnant women across various specialties and services, such as gynecology, obstetrics, ultrasounds with advanced technology, nutrition and psychological support. In addition, monthly virtual workshops are held on topics such as breastfeeding and responsible parenting, among others.

In general, pregnant workers at C. y A. Los Frutales are between 25 and 35 years old. Many of them experienced their first pregnancy with the company's support. Since 2020, the C. y A. Los Frutales medical center has been dedicated to protecting the physical and mental health of its employees, their families and the community, thereby creating a healthy work environment and fostering productive labor relations.

Los Frutales ensures that these women receive the support they need to continue working during pregnancy, in a safe environment, where they are even reassigned to other roles to protect both their health and that of their future children. “Those children will be a fundamental pillar of our society, and if we want to move forward as a country, we must begin by protecting them and valuing the fact that they are on their way,” Liberato Espinoza.
