1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Consorcio Y Asociados Los Frutales S.A.C. (hereinafter, “C. y A. Los Frutales”), Taxpayer ID (RUC) No. 20606818069, with registered address at Jr. Ayacucho sub sn Lote C dpto. 2 - Chancay – Huaral – Lima, Peru.

This policy is governed by Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its current Regulations.

2. Data we collect

• Data you provide in the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
• Minimal technical data to protect the form against spam: your IP address is processed in encrypted (unreadable) form and automatically deleted within a maximum of 24 hours.

We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in your message.

3. Purpose of processing

• To answer your inquiries, information requests or quotation requests.
• To maintain business communication related to your inquiry.
• To protect the website against automated submissions and abuse.

We will not use your data to send you advertising without your prior and express consent.

4. Consent

By checking the box “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy” and submitting the form, you give your free, prior, express, unequivocal and informed consent to the processing of your data for the purposes stated above.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@cyafrutales.com.pe.

5. Retention period

We will keep your data for a maximum of two (2) years from our last communication, unless the law requires a longer period. After that period, it will be deleted.

6. Recipients of the data

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Only authorized C. y A. Los Frutales staff and the providers of our web hosting and email services have access to it; they process it on our behalf and under security measures. These providers may store the information on servers located outside Peru.

7. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools.

The only exception is the location map on the Contact page, provided by Google Maps: it loads when you choose to open it and, at that moment, Google may process data according to its own privacy policy.

8. Your rights

As the owner of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access: to know which of your data we process.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: to request the deletion of your data.
• Objection: to object to a specific processing.
• Withdrawal: to withdraw the consent you have given.

To exercise them, send your request to contacto@cyafrutales.com.pe stating your name and the right you wish to exercise, and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within the time limits established by applicable law.

If you consider that your request has not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the entire site, restricted access to information and protection of the form against automated submissions.

10. Minors

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of its last update.
